I, [Participant’s Name], hereby grant the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) permission to use my image and/or likeness in photographs, videos, testimonials, and interviews in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media and through any distribution channels including the internet, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by HACE in perpetuity, and for other use by the organization. I will make no monetary or other claim against HACE for the use of the photographs, videos, testimonials, or interviews. This Release shall apply worldwide. I hereby irrevocably authorize HACE to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these images, testimonials, or interviews for purposes of publicizing HACE's programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my image and/or likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph, video, testimonial, or interview. I further hereby irrevocable and unconditionally fully waive possible any moral rights that may be deemed to be in existence in relation to my attendance at the event. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge HACE from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person’s acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I have read and understood this Photo Release Form, and I am over the age of 18. By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily agreeing to the terms and conditions stated herein.
